Qatar's air defenses successfully intercepted the missiles, and there were no reported casualties

 

Iran fired missiles at US military targets in Qatar, specifically at Al Udeid Air Base, which is located near Doha. According to reports, six ballistic missiles were launched toward the base, causing loud explosions and flares in the night sky. 

Qatar has closed its airspace and said they will respond.

The Al Udeid Air Base, is a major US military base in the Middle East housing nearly 10,000 US troops.

 Qatar condemned the attack as a "flagrant violation" of its sovereignty and reserved the right to respond directly.
